On August 30th, 2022, The Investor - Nutizen Hi-Tech Herbal Co., Ltd has chosen Sagen to sign an all-in-price contract of design consultancy and legal services for a construction permit for the “Center for Research and Development of nutritional food production to protect health, shared office - phase 1” project.

On August 12, 2022, Sagen was trusted by the Investor, Dong Tam Group, to select and sign a contract for construction design, cost estimation for the project "Office Building" located on Nguyen Van Luong Street, Ward 11, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.

10/08/2022 - Sagen has successfully signed a design consultancy contract for the Waterpoint Long An Mansion project

On August 10th, 2022, Sagen was honored to be trusted and chosen by the client to sign a contract for surveying and designing the mansion in the Waterpoint Urban Area. The project is located in An Thanh Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, which is considered the "golden coordinate" connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the West to the strategy in feng shui "first near a town, second near a river, third near a road".
