April 22nd, 2022, Sagen was trusted and chosen by Investor, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, to sign a feasibility study report contract for “2C lecture hall block – Long Binh Tan campus”, which belongs to Open University at Truong Van Hai street, Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.
