On August 30th, 2022, The Investor - Nutizen Hi-Tech Herbal Co., Ltd has chosen Sagen to sign an all-in-price contract of design consultancy and legal services for a construction permit for the “Center for Research and Development of nutritional food production to protect health, shared office - phase 1” project. This is located on Road No. 20, Tan Thuan Export processing zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Overall perspective 1

Nutizen company is a nutritious beverage brand that Nutifood recently launched, this is the first natural product of Nutifood after officially entering the field of herbal medicine. To meet the needs of office development and expansion, Investor has implemented the Nutizen office project, requested the design to meet the criteria of sustainable safe structure, modern architecture, in harmony with nature.

With a total land area of more than 7,600 sqm, the project is divided into two phases. The first phase’s gross floor area is more than 13,000 sqm, includes a 12-storey office block and auxiliary items.

Carrying out the aim of “Creating architecture works with a high level of aesthetics, engineering following the trend of modern architecture, environment friendly and cost-effective”. With a staff of experienced architects and engineers in the design consultancy field for large scale and high-rise civil projects, with the strength in providing full package service and effective design on each m2 of construction floor. Sagen commit will bring the highest satisfaction to the  Investor by designing the project to ensure aesthetics as well as convenience and safety during operation, ensuring the schedule, optimal functionality.

The project not only proves the good cooperation but also the strategic and promising journey between Nutifood and Sagen. This once again confirms the trust of customers and Sagen's leading position in the field of civil design consultancy in Vietnam (Sagen previously was assigned by Investor to design a warehouse project in Song Than Industrial Park).
