At 9.00AM, 28 October 2015 at 102 Nguyen Hue Street, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Power Company held the construction commencement ceremony for project of Hue power operation office.

The building has 09 stories and 01 basement floor in the area of 1.060 m2, construction floor area is 8.100 m², with total budget of 90 billion VND.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho – Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province together with senior officers from provincial departments and Hue City People’s Committee. For EVN, there was presence of Mr. Le Kim Hung, Deputy General Director of Central Power Corporation (CPC) and senior officers from other management boards of EVN-CPC.

Sagen designs this building in modern and unique architectural style, with a little bit familiar to French architecture. Upon completion, the building will provide a new urban architectural landmark to the intersection of Ly Thuong Kiet and Phan Dinh Phung streets, as well as contribute to improving overall architecture in the Centre of Hue city.

APAVE is the construction supervision consultant for the project.

Main contractor is Thanh An 117 One Member Ltd, Co. of Multi - Batalion 11 of the Ministry of Defense.

As scheduled, the project is intended to complete by Quarter 1st, 2017.
