On July 8th , 2019, Pan Food Manufacturing Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for "Pan Factory for lease" at Lot A1/1-9, Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An province. The ceremony was organized with the participation of representatives of the Owner - Panfood Manufacturing, Design Consultant and Supervision Consultant Unit - Sagen, Construction contractor Unit - Nhavietcons, Management Authority of Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone and important partners of the project.

Pan Food Manufacturing Joint Stock Company is a member of The PAN Group - a leading Agriculture and Food company in Vietnam. The company was established with the mission to provide products of clear origin and high quality to meet Vietnamese and International standards; contribute to expanding the production capacity of PAN Food with modern food processing factories built on 10 hectares of land at Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park.

On July 8th, 2019, Sagen was once again trusted and selected as the supervision consultant unit for the "Pan Factory For Lease" by the Owner – Pan Food after successful implementation of the design consultancy for this project in 2018.
