On July 8th, 2019, Sagen was selected to sign a contract to inspect the documents of basic drawing design, construction drawing design and estimates of “C-SKY VIEW” project at Tran Phu Street, Chanh Nghia Ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province by the Owner, Chanh Nghia Quoc Cuong Joint Stock Company.

Overall Perspective

“C-Sky View” is the first project built and developed by Chanh Nghia Quoc Cuong, including two 36-storey towers with a total floor area of up to 115,000 m2. “C-Sky View” is considered as a prominent project, creating a big attraction on Binh Duong real estate market in the coming time.

With more than 15 years of experience working in the field of design consultancy for civil projects, especially high-rise apartment buildings, and a staff of highly experienced architects and engineers, Sagen believes will inspect design documents and estimates to meet the standards and regulations of Vietnam and International, bringing satisfaction to the Owner.

This project will be started construction in the third quarter of 2019 and is expected to be completed within 27 months.
