On 2nd July 2015, Lotte Mart Vietnam Shopping Co., Ltd announced that Sagen was awarded a consultancy services contract for the design of the Lotte Mart Long Xuyen project.

The project is built on an area of 12,867 m2, at the intersection of Ha Hoang Ho & Nguyen Hoang Street, My Hoa Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province. The Lotte Mart Long Xuyen will be designed in a modern style and high utility, with the lowest investment budget.  Different from other Lotte Marts where its designs were developed by Vietnamese designers on the basis of the concept from Korean designers. In this project, Sagen is commissioned to carry out full design services including  concept, schematic, detail designs for architecture, structure, MEP and cost estimate.

This is a good opportunity for Sagen to be involved in designing the system of Lotte Marts in Viet Nam.
