According to the Department of Construction, there are 8 projects that have expired investment, specifically as follows: The project of high-rise apartment buildings in Binh An ward, District 2 is invested by Hermes Power Investment Joint Stock Company. Investment, area 0.7 ha, the decision to approve the project transfer of the City People's Committee expires in November 2018.

Area II project of Lakeside Towers apartment and commercial building (Tan Thuan Tay ward, district 7) invested by Dat Phuong Nam Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, area of 0.3ha, approved by decision. Project investment of the City People's Committee expires in 2017.

Housing project in Long Binh ward, district 9 by Ngan Thanh Company Limited as an investor, with an area of 19.6ha, the investment approval document of the City People's Committee expires in March 2017.

Saigon Riverside Garden Villas (Viet Trang Garden House, Long Phuoc Ward, District 9) invested by Viet Trang Trading Co., Ltd., area of 29.6ha, document recognizing investor by People's Committee TP expires in May 2016.

Housing project in Long Truong ward, district 9 invested by CTC Trading and Tourism Service Joint Stock Company, area of 2.3ha, investment project to build technical infrastructure and group of houses and villas approved by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has expired since 2011.

Housing project at 332 To Hien Thanh, ward 14, district 10, invested by VIMEC Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company, with an area of 1,498ha, the investment approval document of the People's Committee of District 10 has expired. 2016.

Dam Sen Tower high-rise apartment project, 13A Tong Van Tran, Ward 5, District 11, invested by Phu Thinh - Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Company, area 0.4ha.
