Customer trust is the decisive factor for Sagen's success

In the evening of 05/09/2023, on the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company (Sagen), a solemn and cordial ceremony was held at White Palace Hoang Van Thu. At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Huu Uy – Deputy General Director of Sagen also shared his gratitude to customers and Sagen's strategy to overcome the crisis in 20 past year.

Adaptability in the environment:

Sagen has experienced many difficulties and challenges in the competitive business environment, including crises, recessions of the economy, the real estate industry and the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic in recent years. But it is Sagen's ability to adapt in any difficult situation that is an extremely important factor that helps Sagen survive and thrive.

Specifically, Sagen has adopted a strategy of focusing on niche markets to minimize risks during the real estate downturn and economic crisis. Design consultancy for pharmaceutical-food factories, electricity offices and schools, especially international schools, are the sectors that are less affected during the economic downturn.
Access and determination to win projects of leading enterprises in specific sectors such as pharmaceutical-food factories, school projects and provincial power offices is a tactic to dominate the market.

After participating in design consultancy of factories belonging to DHG Pharmaceutical Company, a leading pharmaceutical group in Vietnam, Sagen has been invited by a series of pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam to provide design consultancy for their projects, and so far Sagen has provided design consultancy for more than one hundred pharmaceutical factories across the country. Similarly, after participating in the architectural competition to win the first prize of Khanh Hoa Power Office Project, a leading provincial electricity office in the country, located in a famous tourist city, Sagen was introduced and won the bid to design a series of electricity offices across the country.

It is this right strategy that has helped Sagen not only stand firm in difficult times, but also make Sagen known as a leader in design consultancy, as well as create a solid foundation for Sagen to continue to expand and develop more in the future.

Focus on satisfying customer needs , taking customer aspirations as inspiration:

Satisfying the needs of customers is a criterion throughout the process of formation and development of Sagen. The more difficult it is to participate in the implementation of projects, the larger and the higher the quality requirements... is the inspiration of every Sagen person, a way for Sagen to learn and reach higher and higher as our slogan "Your Aspiration, Our Inspiration". Sagen is always grateful and shows respect to customers and partners who have supported and accompanied Sagen on the journey of shaping and developing. The role of customers is not only a service user but also a strategic partner to help Sagen develop more and more.

Sagen values the value of its network of customers and partners, as well as has built a reliable partner network, with over 50% of new contract value annually coming from referrals of existing customers and partners. This demonstrates the close relationship and trust and support from Sagen's customers and partners. Mr. Tran Huu Uy – Deputy General Director of Sagen also expressed that Sagen's goal is to always maintain good relationships with existing customers and partners, as well as thereby continue to develop a new customer network in the future.

At the end of the speech, instead of the words he still wanted to say and instead of the sincerest thanks, Mr. Tran Huu Uy gave to all customers, partners, friends and Sagen collective a meaningful song about the construction industry, about all the enthusiastic people who are enthusiastic about the profession of construction architecture – the song "Những Ánh Sao Đêm", music and lyrics by musician Phan Huynh Dieu.
