On July 23, 2024, Electricity Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (PECC 3) and Sagen signed a design consultancy contract for the Production Operator of Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 in Thanh Hoa. Thu Duc Street, City. Ho Chi Minh. 
Established in 1975, the Investor - Electricity Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (PECC 3) is a construction consulting unit operating in many fields such as renewable energy, thermal power, hydropower, power grid, environment, survey. After more than 40 years of establishment and development, PECC3 has grown continuously and the need for a suitable production and business management office has become urgent. Organizing bidding to choose a design consulting unit with reputation and experience to come up with the most optimal solution is also an issue that the Investor has been wondering about all this time. Through the evaluation and contractor selection process, SAGEN was ranked first and selected to sign the contract.
