The Grand Opening Ceremony of  Fresenius Kabi Bidiphar Factory was held at Nhon Phu Ward of Quy Nhon City on September 26th  2011. The factory will mainly produce injectable drugs and infusion products.
The Ceremony has attendance of distinguished invitees from German representatives:
-        German Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mrs.
-        Cornelia Piepper, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany
-        Mr. Conrat Cappell, Consulate General of Germany in the HCM City on be half of Vietnamese representatives:
-        Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Drug Administration -The Ministry of Health,
-        Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Deputy Secretary of  Binh Dinh Province Committee
-        Mr. Le Huu Loc, Chairman of Binh Dinh People Committee and all relevant departments.representing for Fresenius Kabi:
-        Mr. Mats Henerikkson, CEO of  Fresenius Kabi- Asia Pacific
-        Mr. Lude Depotter - Acting Chairman of Board of Directors of Fresenius Kabi Bidiphar.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan – General Director of Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Company representing for the project design consultant who has been selected for designing consultancy of FKB’s factory compiling with GMP – WHO – EU standards participated honorably in this event. The plant did ground breaking on January 6th, 2010. After almost of 2 year of building implementation, the factory has been inaugurated and put into operation. With an investment cost of 340 billion VND in total, the production scale of the plant consists of 2 production lines of PP infusion bottles with a total capacity of more than 50 million bottles/year, a production line of infusion glassy bottle with a total capacity of more than 20 million bottles/ year and 03 injection lines with a total capacity of more than 130 million tubes/year.
