On October’13, 2016, Sai Gon Transportation Mechanical Corporation (SAMCO) and Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy J.S.C signed the design consultant contract for the project “combined multi-storey car park, commercial and office building” at 121-139 Co Giang Street, Co Giang ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city.

Perspective

The building has 30 storey, 2 basements with total gross floor areas are 57.000m2, in which a 6-storey podium is used for commerical and car maintenance services, a 7 storey for car park and 16 storey for renting office service. The landscape, internal roads, entrances are designed suitably, aesthetically and harmonized with the whole building's architecture.
