After 01 year operating under the quality management systems ISO 9001:2008, Sagen was officially recognized by the British Standards Institution – BSI that Sagen’s quality management systems are in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 and issued the certificate no. FS 577293 on 23rd August 2011. The quality management systems reflect Sagen’s commitments to Clients, and always improve its service quality.

The issuance of ISO 9001:2008 by the BSI is a relentless effort of Sagen’s leaders and staff in improving management and business activities under ISO 9001:2008. Sagen’s management board also highly appreciates and thanks to agencies that have developed and improved the quality management system recently.

To make the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system really effective, Sagen will comply with the required management process and constantly upgrade it to improve service quality and bring the satisfaction to Clients.
