On October 13, 2022, Sagen officially signed a contract with the Investor - Dai Nam University, The scope of work includes construction drawing design and cost estimates for Dormitory 2 under the project "Dai Nam University Construction Investment Project" at Pho Xom, Phu Lam Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

The project has a scale of more than 8.7 hectares, in which the category of Dormitory 2 is designed with a scale of 15 floating floors with a total floor area of about 24,000 m2.

The building is designed in accordance with the project's planning, with modern architecture, friendly to people and nature; It is arranged with reasonable functions, convenient transportation, advanced equipment, uses a straight block layout, and the ground is folded to reduce the area exposed to direct sunlight, giving the building a vivid viewing angle, avoiding monotony.
