On Nov’16, 2017 - At the office of Thanh Phuong Real Estate Investment J.S.C, the signing ceremony of design consultant contract of "THE GOLD MART" project between Thanh Phuong Real Estate investment J.S.C and Sagen construction design consultancy J.S.C was taken place.

Mr. Tran Huu Uy – Deputy General Director representative of Sagen and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong – Chairman of Thanh Phương Real Estate JSC, signing the contract at ceremony.

Scope of the design consultant contract for “The Gold mart” project is as details: topographic survey, geological survey, detailed construction drawings and cost estimates.

Perspective of Supermarket

The Gold Mart (belong to “The Gold City” resident area project) was built in Dong Xoai Town, Binh Phuoc Province with total area 10.6 ha, which is one of biggest projects in Binh Phuoc with a modern living space, well equipped facilities as well as the advantages of modern – civilized urban area.

Supermarket has 03 floors with total gross floor area over 4.000 m2 in which the first and second floors are supermarket, commercial center and GYM, third floor is kid garden and restaurant, with total budget of 35 billion dong.

The project has been broken ground on Nov’16,2017 and intend to finish in the third quarter of 2018.
