The Inauguration of Phu Yen Provincial Political School

On October 11, the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects of Phu Yen province held the inauguration ceremony of Phu Yen Provincial Political School.

The school was built on a land area of 32,870 square meters in the southern urban area of Tuy Hoa City (Phu Dong ward, Tuy Hoa City). Phu Yen Provincial School of Politics has the following items: The three floors office blocks, the lecture hall — 5 floors classroom block, the 2 floors hall block, the library block — archives with three floors high. In addition, the school also has a 3 floor high dormitory — canteen — restaurant block, a 2 floors public guesthouse block, a sports block with 1 floor high and a number of other auxiliary works.

The project has been under construction since 2021, with a total investment of more than 196 billion VND.

Previously, in 2019, after the process of participating in the competition for architectural plans and participating in bidding, Sagen was very pleased to be trusted by the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects of Phu Yen province to choose to sign the Consulting and preparing a feasibility study report contract for the project. In 2020, Sagen continues to be trusted by the Investor to prepare construction drawing design documents and estimates." After the implementation process, Sagen's design documents have been approved and accepted by the Investor and Authorities. Not only does it meet technical regulations, standards, and functions, Sagen's design plans pay attention to aesthetics, bringing both local characteristics and modernity. Furthermore, Sagen has implemented the project to meet schedule, ensuring the project is put into operation according to the plan set by the Investor.

Successful implementation of this project once again affirms Sagen's leading position in the field of civil engineering design consulting in Vietnam.
