Jan 15th, 2020, Sagen won the bid and was selected to sign a consultanting contract for construction drawing design and cost estimates of “Lam Dong Executive Office Phase II” by the Investor, Lam Dong Power Company.

Perspective

"Lam Dong Executive Office Phase II" has a total area of over 3,600 m2 including 5 floors, located at No. 2 Hung Vuong, Ward 10, Da Lat City, on the premises of the existing Lam Dong Power Company Office. The project is to serve the business operation of Lam Dong Power Company.

With the purpose of selecting qualified and experienced contractors to make construction drawing design and total cost estimates in accordance with the architectural landscape of Da Lat city, after evaluation of bids, with outstanding competitiveness in the field of office design in general such as MWG Office, FPT Complex Da Nang Office Building, Samco Office Building, Pecc2 Office, ... and many Power Office Projects in particular such as Central Power Service Company Office, Dak Lak Power Company Office, Khanh Hoa Power Company Office, Thua Thien Hue Power Company Office ... Sagen was trusted and selected to sign a design consultanting contract.
