On March 27th, 2017, Sagen was selected as design consultant for Dormitory and Defense Education Center project of Ton Duc Thang university. The project is built with area over 32.000 m2 in district 7, HCM City.

Overall Perspectives of Project

The dorm was designed into 2 block A and B with 1 basement and 19 high floor, the room of dormitory was disposed many types. With style of modern design, open space, suitable to living and study for domestic and foreign student.

Perspective of Dormitory

Defense Education Center with a basement and 7 high floors, full theoretical as well as classroom practice to needs of learning and physical training of students throughout the school.
