On January 25th, 2019, in Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province, Thanh Phuong Real Estate Investment J.S.C celebrated the opening of the “The Gold Mart” supermarket. The ceremony was held successfully with the participation of the Investor, Important partners and the presence of officials from some departments and agencies of Dong Xoai province.

“The Gold Mart” supermarket was built in Hamlet 2, Tien Thanh Commune, Dong Xoai Town, Binh Phuoc Province, consisted of 3 floors, in which the 1st and 2nd floor are designed as a supermarket, the 3rd floor is the playground and the cinema with total GFA nearly 4,000 m2. After putting into operation, the supermarket was predicted to be a favorite destination for local citizens because there are lots of food and beverage services, entertainment areas and shopping areas, which contributes to the development of local commerce and services.

On November 16th, 2017, Sagen was honorably chosen by Investor – Thanh Phuong Real Estate Investment J.S.C to be an implementing unit for the following tasks: topographic survey, geological survey and a design consultancy for construction drawings design and total cost estimates.

Overall Perspective

“The Gold Mart” supermarket marked the successful partnership between Thanh Phuong and Sagen and this helped improve Sagen’s reputation and position in a design consultancy for civil constructions.
