In September 16th, 2020, Sagen was trusted and selected to sign design consultant contract of “Ho Tram Complex” project at Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau by the Investor, Hung Thinh Group.

Night overall perspective

Xuyen Moc has the advantage of area and geography, temperate climate, cool, rich and diverse natural resources. In capturing the potential development for tourism and resort here, in 2020, Hung Thinh continues to choose Xuyen Moc to implement the Ho Tram Complex project.

The project is built on a land area of more than 7.5 hectares, including 22-storey apartment (6 towers) with a total floor area of more than 206,000 m2, 3-storey townhouses (5 blocks) with total area floor area of more than 15,400 m2, 4-storey Primary School with a total floor area of more than 2,400 m2, and many other important facilities such as GYM, Spa, swimming pool, coastal park, commercial center, ...

Overall daytime perspective

With the scale and the important nature of the project, Hung Thinh Investor especially focuses on selecting a prestigious design consultant and has a lot of experience in implementing large-scale residential and high-rise projects. On September 16, 2020, after evaluating many reputable contractors, Hung Thinh decided to choose Sagen to implement from basic design to construction drawing design and cost estimates for the entire project.
