On September, 8th 2011 at the office of the Xuan Hong company (Co.op Mart chains),  44/12 Phan Xich Long street, ward 16, Dist 11, HCM city, the ceremony of signing the designing Consultancy for project “ Office and Factory- Xuan Hong Co., Ltd” at Song Than II industrial park, invested by Xuan Hong and consulted and designed by Sagen. Total area is over 3,806 sq meters, the project includes: factory, office, sup items, infrastructure facilities. Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Company has undertaken the project consultant with main contents: Geologic and Topographic survey, technical design,  general and detailed cost estimation planning.
