On 29th  March 2013, International University of Vietnam National University HCM held a ground-breaking ceremony to celebrate the start of the building work on a new Classroom & Laboratorybuilding 2 at IU, Linh Trung , Thu Duc District.

Attending the ceremony were Associated professor/Dr. Ho Thanh Phong, Rector; Associated professor/Dr Huynh Thanh Dat, deputy director of the Standing VNU; Sagen company- representatives consultant Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan - CEO and other special guests.

SAGEN constructive design consultancy J.S.C honored as the Consulting bidding and construction supervision for this project.  Classroom & Laboratorybuilding 2 project was built on ground area 2.367 square metres at Linh Trung ward Thu Duc District. It consists of  7 floors with total ground floor area is 13.565 square metres.  The building will be completed by the end of 2013.
