October 28th, 2021, Sagen was trusted by the Investor, Van Hien University to choose and sign design consultant contract for "Nhu Nguyet Office Building" project at 13E Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District, HCM City.

Overall perspective

Van Hien University was established in 1997 and operated as a private school with diverse disciplines such as Economics, Tourism, Society, Engineering and Technology, ... Besides that, the school also constantly expands educational relationships with prestigious schools and organizations such as Korea, Japan, Germany, Russia, France, ... to meet the learning and working needs of students. After 24 years of development, Van Hien University is considered as one of the prestigious university in Vietnamese universities’ system with multidisciplinary and multi-level education.

With the desire to build a modern, multi-functional university in harmony with nature and the surrounding environment, to serve the needs of students, lecturers and school staff as well as population in the South Zone of Ho Chi Minh City,  Investor has decided to implement the project "Construction of Van Hien University" in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City with GFA is nearly 55,000 m2. The complex project is implemented with many different items such as: office building – research center, teaching building, dormitory, hospital, hotel, football field, square... In which, the teaching building has a gross floor area of nearly 33,000 m2, includes 13 floors and 1 basement. The building is expected to accommodate more than 8,000 students with more than 130 large and small classrooms.

In addition to the requirements for functionality and connectivity with existing works, Investor also focuses on greening the works, arranging trees on all floors. This not only makes the project having a fancy architectural, ensures the landscape and environment, but also brings relaxation and closeness to nature to help reduce pressure for students as well as lecturers.

With a team of experienced architects and engineers in the field of design consultancy for high-rise and large-scale civil projects, strengths in providing full package service and effective design on each m2 of construction floor area, Sagen confidently designs the project to ensure aesthetics as well as convenience and safety during operation, ensuring progress, optimal functionality, cost-effectiveness, meeting the Vietnamese and International standards and regulations as well as bringing satisfaction to the Investor.

This project creates a premise for a good cooperative relationship between Van Hien University and Sagen, simultaneously affirms customer trust and Sagen's leading position in the field of design consultancy for civil projects in Vietnam.
