On May 24th, 2013, at the office of Khanh Hoa Power J.S.C, 11 Ly Thanh Tong street, Khanh Hoa Province, the signing ceremony of the investment consultancy contract for the project “Dien Khanh – Khanh Vinh power operation office” took place, the project has been invested by Khanh Hoa Power J.S.C and contracted, consulted by Sagen company.
