In December 2018, Mobile World Company (MWG) officially grand openning, putting the new office building into operation. The project is part of the project "Development of Enterprise Management Software (ERP)" at Hi-Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

The ERP office building has a total floor area of GFA 25,000 m2, including 10 floors and 2 basements, designed in a modern style, with a view with many green patches, bringing harmony and synchronization with the surrounding architecture. In addition to the open-plan working space, the building also has entertainment corners, cafes, gyms, etc. for employees to relax after stressful working hours.

After participating in the competition and winning the first prize in the project architecture contest in July 2017, Sagen was selected as the design consultant of this project and also the construction supervision unit of the whole project. The project has been designed and constructed achieved to the schedule set by the Developer.
