May 7th, 2015, Sagen has been selected as the Development Designer (schematic and detail design) for the project: Union Square Complex. Project has 6 basements and 9 floors with total area more than 90,000 m2, including commercial, retail and hotel. From storey 5 to 9 is a 5-star standard hotel with nearly 300 rooms.

Earlier on March 20th, 2015, Sagen was also selected to provide the local consultant services for civil and structural works of this project.
