On January 03^rd, 2020, Hoa Tho Textile-Garment JSC held the Inauguration ceremony for "Hoa Tho Showroom and Fashion Office" at Da Nang city. The ceremony was held solemnly with the participation of Owner, senior officials of Departments, Ministries, Committees in Da Nang, other important partners of project and the shopping visit of more than 300 customers on the first day of openning.

Hoa Tho Textile-Garment JSC is a member of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), one of the leading companies in textile and garment export of the Central region, with its head office located at No.36 Ong Ich Duong street, Hoa Tho Dong ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city.

In order to promote the strategy of promoting Merriman's office fashion brand, Hoa Tho decided to invest in building the "Hoa Tho Showroom and Fashion office" on the premises of the existing Corporation with the land area of 100,000 m². The showroom includes 3 floors and 1 roof floor with a total floor area of nearly 4,000 m², is the largest showroom in Da Nang for displaying and supplying thousands of essential and diversified garments, whose mission is to a bridge to introduce and help customers experience the latest high-end products from one of the largest textile corporations in Vietnam.

On June 7^th, 2018, Sagen was trusted and selected as a consultant company implementing basic design, construction drawing design and total cost estimate by the Investor - Hoa Tho Textile-Garment JSC. Grasping fully the requirements of the Investor, Sagen designed the project ensuring the aesthetics, modernity, open space, harmony with the whole areas. In particular, this project was designed with many unique highlights, not duplicated with any other projects. The project was started construction in late July 2019 and completed after 5 months from the date of commencement.

Perpective of the project

This is the second project Sagen have cooperated with Hoa Tho. In 2015, Sagen successfully designed for "Renovating and Expanding office" project. This project had been completed and put into operation since 2017.
