On Jan 05th, 2023, Sagen was trusted and chosen by FPT Retail, to sign a supervision consultancy contract for “FRT Southern Warehouse Center” project. The project is located at Lot L-1, Road N2, Huu Thanh Industrial Park, Huu Thanh commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

Overall perspective – provided by Investor

FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FPT Retail for short), an associate company of FPT Vietnam Corporation established in 2012, owns 2 retail chains namely FPT Shop, F.Studio By FPT and a subsidiary company, FPT Long Chau Pharma Joint Stock Company (FPT Pharma). After 11 years of operation, with serious investment, constant efforts and especially with the customer-oriented policy, FPT Retail has achieved many unexpected results. Besides the domestic and foreign awards received, by the end of 2021, FPT Retail achieved revenue of 22,495 billion VND, profit before tax reached 554 billion VND. In which, the revenue of Long Chau pharmacy chain reached 3,977 billion VND, accounting for 18% of total revenue. As of December 2022, Long Chau pharmacy chain has reached 1,000 stores, a rare pharmacy chain covering all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam.

With the continuous development of Long Chau pharmacy chain and the goal to increase the number of stores to 3,000 in the next 4 years, FPT Retail in general and FPT Pharma in particular have accelerated the warehouse expansion to meet the market demand. After the largest FRT warehouse center in Hanoi was put into operation, FPT Retail went on to invest in building the Southern FRT warehouse center in Huu Thanh Industrial Park, Long An province. The project is built on a land of 35,000 m2 with a scale of 4 floors including warehouse, office and auxiliary items.

With the goal of the project being accepted and put into operation in the second quarter of 2023, the Investor focused on and chooses a supervision consultant with many years of experience and reputation in the industry to supervise the project while ensuring the project implementation progress even day and night, construction quality, cost-effectiveness, bringing satisfaction to the Investor.

Previously, Sagen has successfully been a design consultant for many projects of FPT Corporation such as Nam Cao University in Ha Nam province, FPT Can Tho University, FPT Binh Dinh University, FPT Bac Giang,... (belong to FPT Edu); FPT Complex Da Nang (FPT Soft & Telecom) and this is the first project Sagen cooperates with FPT Retail as a supervision consultant. Sagen believes that this project will increase the good cooperation relationship between FPT Corporation and Sagen as well as affirm the trust of customers in Sagen in the field of design and supervision consulting in Vietnam.
