On 03/03/2018 the investor - Ton Duc Thang University commenced the project of Dormitory and Defense Education Center at 19 Nguyen Huu Tho street, Tan Phong ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Perspective of Dormitory project and TDT University Defense Education Center

On March 27 2017 Sagen was selected as a consultant for planning, investment project and construction design. After signing the contract Sagen's team of architects and experts has successfully designed the whole project with the size of 2 blocks. Dormitory includes 1 basement, 20 floors and 01 Block for Defense Education with a basement, 8 floors, total floor area of 35,000 m2.

Especially, the design of the project aims to harmonize nature and space, bringing the environment to the students in harmony with the overall architecture of Ton Duc Thang University. In order to serve the best students, in addition to accommodating students in the country, dormitory is also a residence for foreign students studying at the school. Dormitory also serves accommodation for lecturers and staff who are teaching, working at the school.

Typical interior

This is the second project of Sagen in cooperation with Ton Duc Thang University. The two sides have successfully collaborated on the design of the Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS) on the campus of Ton Duc Thang University, the project is under construction will be completed in 06/2019.
