Proceeding to the success of the 1st phase, Investor – SAVI Pharmaceutical JSC (SAVIPHARM) – continued to believe in Sagen’s capacity and reputation so they chosen Sagen as the design consulting unit for the 2nd stage of “The Pharmaceuticals &  Functional Foods Factory according to PIC/S-EU standards” project in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC.

The Fico Star project is a residential complex consisting of a high rise apartment building in which commercial center, nursery and the adjacent houses with full public utilities and services. The aim of Fico Star is to develop a comprehensive and harmonious concept for overall development in the area.
