On September, 20th 2011, at the office of Binh Dinh electricity company, 506 Tran Hưng Dao street, Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh Province, the signing ceremony of the designing consultancy contract for the project “Binh Dinh electricity operation office ” took place, the project has been invested by Binh Dinh Electricity Company and contracted, consulted by Sagen company, contents include: Geological survey and constructive investment project setting-up.

The Binh Dinh Electricity Company building has one basement, 7 floors, terrace and roof floors. The area totalizes 5,444 sq meters, with investment cost of more than 50 billions.
