On the morning of September 28th, 2015,
at the Southern Power Corporation Office, Sagen and EVN SPC signed a the
architectural shaping design contract for the District Power office
building.

It is a 5-storey building with total GFA about 1,500m2. With design
experience for more than 20 electricity offices in districts, provinces
and cities across the country, Sagen’s design meets the following
criteria:

With attractive, solid architectural shapes, it represents the unique characteristics of the power industry.
- Harmonious architecture and interior,
open and cutting-edge working space, natural lighting and ventilation,
many open and green spaces, energy-saving and environmental friendliness
are ensured.
- Working area, usefulness and operation lines are suitable to the scale and operational properties of district-level power.
The implementation of the architectural
shaping design for District Power will help Sagen to enhancing Power
industry’ brand in general and Southern Power Corporation in particular.
At the same time, this are going to shorten the progress and save
construction investment costs.
