On January 17, 2023, Sagen officially signed a contract with the Investor – Thiet Che Cong Doan Project Management Board, bidding package to establishment planning, detailed construction planning ratio 1/500. “Thiet Che Cong Doan Project in Quang Ngai” (phase 1). The project has a scale of more than 40,000 m2 in Tinh Phong Industrial Park, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province.
