On March 21, 2023, Viet An Technology Joint Stock Company and Sagen signed a design consultancy contract for Viet An Smart Office Building at Lot 12, Quang Trung Software Park, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, City. Ho Chi Minh.

Established in 2008, the Investor - Viet An Technology Joint Stock Company is a business unit in many different fields, the two core business segments of the company are investment in offices for lease and trading in goods. The "Smart Office" project is one of the projects that the Investor devotes a lot of enthusiasm to in construction investment. Choosing a reputable design consulting unit in the industry to offer the most optimal solution is also a problem that Investor has wondered about all the time.
One of the basic requirements of the office design process is to fully ensure the functions required by the Investor. Determine a reasonable location for each area including parking basement, main lobby area, office, etc., by the architecture and culture of each business. In addition, the requirement to be flexible and adapt to the change of function as proposed by the lessee is also a factor that the Investor considers when investing in construction.
