With the consumption of work-office, showrooms and conference space for almost companies in the Industrial zone, particularly foreign companies, hence, IDICO operated an architectural designing competition for “Operator Center and Services for Phu My II Industrial Park”, which belongs to Construction Investment Project and Technical Infrastructure Business of Phu My II IP, Tan Thanh, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Company with other consultancy companies had joined this competition.

After ideas exchanging in fair, serious and strict evaluation, IDICO officially decided that the first prize winning proposal belongs to Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Company and SAGEN also in an honor to deploy the next phases.

From the requirement of the construction area and different functions of the building, SAGEN had investigated for a design solution to create a green, modern, naturalized and highly esthetic office building which was deserved to whole industrial park’s position and complexion as well as its important location where is clue sea conveying harbor of all region.

Operator Center and Services for Phu My II Industrial Park embraces three-storey office building and other technical buildings which total area is approx. 6000 m2, 12m height; and car park, landscape…

The building is planned to commence the construction in the 2nd quarter of 2013 and be completed after10 months. This building will be the bright point to Phu My II Industrial Park.
