Since its establishment on November 5th, 2003 until now, SAGEN has undergone a journey of 18 years of formating and developing with persistent, perseverance, and ceaseless efforts of the Board of Directors and the personnel teams. An 18-years milestone, SAGEN has suffered lots of hardships and challenges as well as brought back so much happy, joyful and proud results.
Today, the pandemic has been raging, SAGEN Company is pleased to celebrate the company’s establishment date in a very warm and friendly way through an online platform. This is an opportunity to look back on the company’s development journey to recognize some large changes in the performance and position of Sagen company in the construction design company. Let’s take a look at the 1st online meeting event at Sagen.
Having a speech at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan - General Director emphasized the development journey of Sagen. From the very first days, there were several enthusiastic architects and inadequate infrastructure, but thanks to will, fortitude and aspiration; pioneering, breakthrough and sensitive strategies in each period, SAGEN has always overcome difficulties, challenges and become stronger.
We have the right strategy, strength in brand reputation, experience in the market, partnerships and human potential. What we need is unanimity, daring to think and enthusiasm for SAGEN’s development. When we have these factors, Sagen will certainly continue to succeed and develop sustainably soon.
On this occasion, General Director expresses his deep gratitude to the longtime employees who have been working for 5 years or 10 years. SAGEN Company appreciates and feels grateful for the staff’ efforts and contributions for years. It is dedication, diligence and determination that help SAGEN to conquer the set goals.
At the ceremony, Deputy General Director - Mr.Tran Huu Uy also shares his feelings with staff and affirms the core missions and values:

- Building a friendly environment and cooperative, making the convenient conditions to improve their capacity and encouraging toward common goals.

SAGEN always innovates, creates and renews techniques and technologies, changes management methods and business plans, but the missions and core values will never change. Because we all know that foundation will create a highly humanized corporation culture, the values of products and services that contribute to society and the sustainable development of SAGEN. During the pandemic, the values like Dedication to work, Dedication to customers, Constantly learning and Loving, supporting colleges are even more important. While thousands of entrepreneurs went bankrupt or stagnate, Sagen has not stopped working for a day and employees have been still working to maintain their personal life.
Although there are still lots of challenges, I believe that with determination, spirit, and unanimity, we could overcome every difficulty, objection and be more prosperous.
