Oct 23^rd, 2019, Sagen won the bid and was selected to sign a consultancy contract for feasibility study report, construction drawing design and cost estimates of “Gamma Lecture Block of FPT University Complex at Can Tho and Can Tho FPT Software Park project – Phase 1” by the Investor, FPT University.

Perspective of FPT University Branch at Can Tho

“FPT University Complex at Can Tho and Can Tho FPT Software Park project – Phase 1” has a total area of over 174.214 m² in An Binh ward, Ninh Kieu district and Long Tuyen ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho province. Gamma Lecture Block has a total ground floor area of nearly 15.000 m², from 1^st floor to 4^th floor is for Classroom, 5^th floor is for conference hall and green space for general activities, events and relaxation. This project aims to build a new school with modern facilities for training and providing high quality human resources for socio-economic development in Can Tho and the Southwest region.

Night Perspective

After participating in bidding in September, 2019, with outstanding competitiveness in the field of school design such as Ho Chi Minh City International School (IS HCMC), Vietnam Australia International School (VAS), Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS) ... and has designed for many projects of FPT Group such as Da Nang FPT complex, FPT Tan Thuan Office, Sagen has been selected as the consultant for the implement of Feasibility Study Report, construction drawing design and cost estimates for Gamma Lecture Block. With a team of experienced architects and engineers, Sagen believes that our design will ensure aesthetics, modernity, harmonious architectural space, synchronization, consistency with the whole complex as well as meeting the Vietnamese and International standards and regulations.
