On June 22nd, 2018, Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Corporation and Fico Corporation - Jsc (Fico) signed design consultancy contract for "Apartment housing combined trade, kindergarten and semi-detached house has garden".

The Fico Home project has a total GFA of 54,000 m2, comprising 2 basements, 18 storeys, 1 floor terrace, 1 roof floor, high-rise apartment building combining commercial services, kindergarten and the rowhouse that full of public facilities, entertainment, harmonious development, in accordance with the needs of customers.
