January 15th, 2020 – Project management unit of Phu Yen
province and Sagen signed design consultanting contract of "Phu Yen
Politics Institute" project.
Main Perspective
"Phu Yen Politics Institute" is built on the land area of over 3.2
hectares in ward 7, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province. This project has a
total ground floor area of 19,500 m2, comprising
Administrative block, Classroom, Lecture hall, Library and Document
storage house, Dormitory, Canteen, Guest House, Playing field and other
auxiliary area.
This is a key project of Phu Yen province in the
period of 2018-2020 aims to build a new school with modern facilities
and high service standards to standardize training activities serving
for the development of high quality human resources.
Overall Perspective
In May 2018, Sagen participated in the Architectural examination and was
selected as the consulting unit to making basic design and feasibility
study report of this project. With a unique and creative design that
meets both Vietnamese and International standards and regulatons,
showing the specificity of Phu Yen province, and with a team of
professional architects, engineers, Sagen has continued to be trusted
and selected to sign a consultanting contract for construction drawing
design and total cost estimates for this project.
