On October 25th, 2017, at the office of Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company, takes place the signing ceremony of Project Management Consultant Contract and Construction Supervision of project Thanh Phu Packaging Factory between Investor Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company and Sagen Construction Design Consultant JSC.

By the ability to experience professional; SAGEN has successfully overcome many domestic and foreign consulting firms to become unit the winning bidder, be assigned to perform Consultancy Management & Construction supervision, equipment supply, equipment installation for factory items.

SAGEN is committed to making every effort to ensure that the work is carried out on schedule, quality, safety, efficiency.

The project has construction scale on the land area 71,000 m2,Total construction area of the first phase 37,000 m2 consists in three blocks:

• Build block primary (office buildings, workshops)                             : 25,000 m2
• Auxiliary area construction (auxiliary area, garage, security house ...): 2.500 m2
• Technical infrastructure (trees, lawns, yards, internal roads)           : 9.500 m2

The project is currently under construction, expected to be completed by the end of 2018
