On May 11st  2017, Sagen was selected as design consultant for Vietnam Australia International School – VAS project in Cityland Riverside residential area, District 7.

Overall Perspectives of Project

With a land area of over 11.000 m2, the project consists of two level of primary, secondary and pre-school, the construction area of nearly 14.800 m2 including: 160 classes can welcome about 2.000 students.

Designed with the combination of green architecture and open space, the facility has outdoor space and trees occupy 60% of the area. Beside that, all of classrooms have use ventilation systems and natural light, can save maximum energy.

The facility is also fully equipped with function area for study such as library, lab, cooking room, music room, art, gymnasium, swimming pool, soccer, basketball, multi-purpose arena, theater hall…

Masterplan of project

The project is in the design phase and is expected to start construction on July 2017. Acceptance completed and put into use on June 2018.
