On March 30th, 2023, FPT University held a topping out ceremony for two Delta and Epsilon lecture halls which belong to "FPT Ha Nam Education Complex" project (FPT Unischool Ha Nam). The ceremony was held solemnly with the representatives of local authorities, the Investor - FPT Corporation and FPT University, the design consultant - Sagen, the contractor and the key partners of the project.

FPT Ha Nam Education Complex project is built on a land with a total area of 119,129 m2 at Nam Cao University, Hoang Dong and Tien Noi wards, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. The project is invested with many items such as a lecture hall, Vovinam gymnasium, outdoor sports area, dormitory, service house,... In which, the project’s phase 1 will deploy the Gamma lecture hall, Delta lecture hall, Epsilon lecture hall, auxiliary items and technical infrastructure with a total gross floor area of nearly 68,000 m2.

Previously, on July 23rd, 2022, Sagen won the bid and was chosen by the Investor – FPT University as a consultant to make construction drawings design – cost estimates and legal documents of fire fighting and prevention, construction permits for the above phase 1 items. With a team of experienced architects and engineers, Sagen designed the project to ensure the aesthetic, modern, architectural space in harmony with the green areas, and at the same time meet the urgent schedule at the Investor’s request.

Angle perspective

The FPT Ha Nam Education Complex project is one of the important items in the cooperation agreement between FPT Corporation and Ha Nam province. This project will contribute to meeting the learning needs of local people and neighboring provinces, as well as promote education development for Ha Nam province.
