On March 03rd, 2021, Investor, Dat Xanh Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for “Opal Skyline high-end apartment" at Nguyen Van Tiet street, Binh Hoa town, Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong. The ceremony was held solemnly with the participation of representatives of the Investor – Dat Xanh Group, the general contractor for construction, site supervision contractor and other important partners of the project.

Perspective of project

In 2019, Dat Xanh continued to pursue the modern architectural style of the Opal product line with the implementation of new projects "Opal Skyline High-end Apartment". The project is built on a land of more than 10,200 m2, including 01 basement and 36-storey tower with a total floor area of more than 163,000 m2. "Opal Skyline High-end Apartment" was officially opened for sale on August 18th, 2020, providing 1,506 apartments, 24 shop houses, with 25 modern internal utility areas. This project promising become an architectural symbol of Thuan An new economic center.

Lobby

Previously, in May, 2019, after the evaluation and selection of contractors, with the scale and the important nature of the project, The Investor, Dat Xanh paid special attention and trusted to choose Sagen, who has a lot of experience and prestige in the design consultancy of large-scale apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, as the Design consultant, to prepare 1/500 planning documents, design consultation from concept to construction drawing design, interior design and exterior design, sales-kit document for the project.

Some perspective of utility area

With a team of experienced architects and engineers in the field of design consultancy for civil projects, and strengths in providing service with full package and cost-effectiveness on each m2 of construction ground floor area, Sagen designed for the project ensuring aesthetics, convenience and safety during the operation; ensuring progress, optimal functionality, cost efficiency, bringing satisfaction to the Investor as well as meeting the Vietnamese and International standards and regulations.

Some perspective of utility area

This is the second project Sagen cooperated with Dat Xanh. Previously, the Clubhouse of Gem Sky World Residential Area project designed by Sagen also started for construction from 07/2020 and completed and put into use by the end of 2020.
