n June 30, 2022, Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy JSC was honored to be trusted by the Investor of Long An Industrial Park JSC to be the unit to sign the contract for geological survey, construction design and cost estimate of the project "Tan Tap Market" at Tan Tap Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province.

Masterplan

The project is located in Tan Tap Commune, which is a rapidly urbanizing locale with a trend of population concentration in a high urban area. As a result, the requirement to organize major tasks such as markets is critical for the community.

Long An Industrial Park JSC is a Dong Tam Group member firm that operates a real estate business, warehousing services, cold storage, commodities storage, and water supply for the Industrial Park. The project "Tan Tap Market" is one of the initiatives in which the Investor is interested, and it is being implemented by a reputable design consultant in the market. The overall land area of the project is more than 4,700 m2, of which the market construction area is more than 2,300 m2.

Capture the requirements of the Investor, Sagen's team of architects and design engineers have researched and offered appropriate architectural and structural solutions and are urging the project to be implemented on schedule, ensuring the time to put the project into operation according to the requirements of the Customer.
