On June 13th, 2022, the Investor, BW Industrial Development Limited Liability Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for "Project 16 - BW Phu Nghia ready-built warehouse" at Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Phu Nghia commune, Chuong My district, Ha Noi.  The ceremony was solemnly held with participants including leaders of local departments, Investor – BW, Design consultant, Green construction consultant, Supervision consultant – Sagen, Construction contractor and partners of the project.

Realizing the increasing logistics demand due to the relocation of production facilities in the world to Vietnam, a joint venture between Warburg Pincus (a leading global private equity firm) and Becamex IDC (a leading industrial and urban real estate developer) has established BW Industrial Development Limited Liability Company, specializing in providing ready-built factories, ready-built warehouses and offices for lease in Vietnam.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, the continuous development of the e-commerce market has led to a sharp increase in warehouse demand. "Project 16 - BW Phu Nghia ready-built warehouse" is focused by BW Investor to speed up the construction progress to meet market demand. The project is built on a land area of more than 2.3 ha and is also BW’s first project in Hanoi to be built according to LEED standards. Therefore, the Investor prioritized choosing a supervision consultant unit with many years of experience and reputation to supervise the project. At the same time, this unit has to ensure the progress and quality of the construction, achieve technical standards and cost-effective.

With a team of professional, dedicated personnel, has many years of experience in construction supervision for a variety of large-scale industrial and civil projects, Sagen is committed to doing our best to ensure implement the project on schedule, with quality, safety and efficiency.

This is the second project Sagen cooperates with BW Investor. Previously, in 2019, Sagen signed a contract and completed the construction supervision for the BW warehouse project at Tan Phu Trung, Ho Chi Minh City. This project reinforces the good cooperation between BW and Sagen as well as once again affirms Clients' trust and Sagen's leading position in the supervision consulting field in Vietnam.
