July 30, 2014, HIMLAM VIKID JSC and Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Join Stock Company has signed a design consultancy contract for this project. It is a combination with miniaturized  architecture models: Opera house, hospitals, schools, works, factory, supermarket, showroom, restaurant, European old quarter… with high requirements of diverse architecture and art.
