On January 10th, 2022, Central Rural Electricity Board (CREB) under the Central Power Corporation announced that Sagen won the first prize in architectural concept for the renovation and expansion of the Operator Office of Dak Nong Power Company.

In order to ensure employees’ working conditions and improve labor productivity, Central Power Corporation held an architectural contest for the renovation and expansion of the Operator Office of Dak Nong Power Company. From the contest, Investor will evaluate and choose the idea which meets the requirements of aesthetics, planning, architecture, landscape and usability. With designing experiences in many power office projects, Sagen's design met Investor’s requirements and won the first prize in the contest (according to notice No. 95/TB- CREB of Central Power Corporation).

The Operator Office of Dak Nong Power Company is built on a land area of 6,713 m2, in which, the investor will renovate the existing 5-storey building and build a new 7-storey building (including: 2-storey podium and 5-storey tower). In particular, the new and existing constructions will be connected to each other to create a large and solid construction complex as well as in harmony with the landscape.
