On June 18th, 2019, Asia Saigon Food Ingredients Joint Stock Company (AFI) held a groundbreaking ceremony for "AFI Drying Tower - Phase 2" project at Lot C-9E-CN, My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. The ceremony was held solemnly with the participation of the representative of the Owner - AFI, the Supervision Consultant Unit - Sagen, the Design Unit - IDCO, the Construction contractor - Unicons, My Phuoc 3 Industrial Zone Management Authority and others important partners of the project.

Asia Saigon Food Ingredients Joint Stock Company (AFI) is a pioneer company in Vietnam specializing in producing non-dairy cream and other food ingredients with high quality, prestige and competitive price. AFI factory is located in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province with a total land area of over 8 ha. Sagen had designed and supervised for this factory. Since 2010, this factory has been completed and put into use.

On May 28th, 2019, Sagen was once again trusted and selected as the supervision consultant unit for "AFI Drying Tower - Phase 2" project that has been built on the land of the existing factory by the Owner – AFI. The project is expected to be constructed within 10 months from the date of starting construction.
