After success in designing construction drawings for Thien But Park Theme project, on 30 December 2016, Thien Tan Group and Sagen agreed to sign a new design consultant contract for Thien Tan Eco Residence at Nghia Chanh Ward, Quang Ngai city. The contract includes services of geological survey, master planning, feasibility study and designing construction drawings.

Perspective

The residence has 32 hectares, is planned into 03 main sub-areas: Villas area in the north; Public park, services and low-rise villas in the east; resettlement and new residence areas in the south.

This is a model and modern eco residence area which is built around Thien But Theme Park. People living in this residence getting benefit from fresh environment of the park as well as benefit from high quality facilities such as restaurant, supermarket, healthcare…

It is expected that construction activities will be started by Quarter 2, 2017.
