On January 3, 2013 at the office of DHG1 Packaging Co., Ltd., the signing ceremony of the Design Consultancy Contract for the "DHG 1 Packaging Printing Factory" between DHG1 Packaging Co., Ltd. as the Developer and Sagen Company as the design consultant.

In order for the production line system to be synchronized and closed, it is very necessary to build a packaging factory on site. In the face of that urgent requirement, DHG 1 Packaging Co., Ltd. has invested in a DHG 1 packaging printing factory in accordance with GMP - WHO standards next to the parent company's Hau Giang Pharmaceutical factory - DHG Pharmaceutical One Member Co., Ltd in Tan Hau Giang Industrial Park, Chau Thanh, Hau Giang

The production process is invested in 2 phases with a total investment of over VND 80 billion. The total construction floor area of the factory is over 6,000 m2, including the production plant, office, warehouse and other facilities.

With 2 4-color offset printing machines with a speed of 1,200 sheets/hour and an offset printing machine equipped with an ultra-violet UV drying system) specialized for drug and food packaging, non-toxic allows direct contact with food, helping to create quality printed products with high aesthetics. In addition, the post-printing stage is equipped with heat laminating film, needle press, embossing machine, and fully automatic flat printing machine, contributing to improve product quality.

Currently, the project is in the construction phase, it is expected that the factory will operate and launch the first products in the first quarter of 2014 with a capacity of about 400,000,000 product units/year.
